Trauma Informed Therapy

For new and existing clients seeking Attachment-Focused EMDR, Internal Family Systems (parts work), and/or Trauma-Focused Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. Sessions are typically 50-minutes. Intensive extended sessions (2+ hours) can be requested and provided on a case-by-case basis.

Kristen (MSW, RSW) is a psychotherapist specializing in early attachment ruptures, developmental trauma or complex PTSD, relational trauma, single incident trauma, healthcare & first responder related traumas, and other trauma related concerns including recovery from SA. Kristen’s practice is informed by neuroscience and her training in AF-EMDR and IFS Parts Work. For new client inquiries: Kristen is scheduling Therapy Intensives only for May 2026. *Please note - Kristen’s caseload can no longer accommodate new regular attending long-term clients.
